Effluent Treatment System Design/Supervision
We are a qualified Site Suitability Accessors (SSA) and can design effluent treatment systems to suit the characteristics of the soil of a given site. It is critical that the correct system is selected and installed properly in order to protect our groundwater resources from getting contaminated.
Urban Drainage/Attenuation
We can design foul and storm water drainage systems with Sustainable principles to suit any site. We also design in attenuation systems for storm drainage that allows for the retention of heavy rainfalls onsite to prevent flash flooding.

We can produce detailed reinforced concrete drawings and schedules which are user friendly onsite.
We can define accurately the legal ownership boundaries of lands and mark it out onsite, mark it on a plan and check registered Folio maps which can be used in the transfer or sales of lands/property

Fire Safety Certificates
A Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) is a certificate issued by theLocal Building Control Authority which states that the works or building to which the application relates towill, if constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, comply with the requirements of Part B of the Second Schedule to the current Building Regulations. All commercial buildings, both new build and material alterations, require a FSC.
Disability Access Certificates
Disability Access Certificates (DAC) are required for all new buildings except for dwellings. A DAC is a certificate of compliance as issued by the Local Authority Building Control Department with respect to the compliance of the Building Regulations Technical Guidance Document Part M ‘Access and Use’. We can prepare Disability Access applications and submit to the relevant Local Authority for approval.
Structural Surveys
A structural survey report is produced based on a site inspection to determine if a property is structurally sound and report any defects.
Pre Purchase / Building Surveys
Pre purchase surveys are carried out for prospective buyers in order to give a professional opinion on the overall condition of the property.
Snag Lists
A Snag List is a list of items that are not fully complete by the builder and is normally carried out prior to purchase of a new property.

Detailed Insurance Reports can be prepared for storm damage, subsidence, water leak damage, fire damage, etc.
